        A couple of years ago, I posted a very bad review for our local post office due to the loss of a very special Christmas gift. In the end we were reimbursed for the item, but it was a one of a kind item that we couldn't re-purchase. Today, another incident occurred but thankfully our package was located immediately, retrieved, and the day was saved thanks to the efforts of Lonnie and our sweet mail courier.

        At the end of the day, it is easy to post a bad review when something goes wrong, but we seem to forget to post good reviews when things go right, so I wanted to make sure Lonnie and the Manchester Postal Service & our sweet carrier knew right away that I appreciated the way they quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. Thank you all! Everybody in every position/career in life can and does make a mistake....it's how you take ownership and work to resolve the mistake that can make all the difference in the world. Great customer service guys and thank you!
