Title Cash

Went in on Saturday to payoff loan & was greeted by a VERY rude employee who was closing store @ 1:25. Posted hours showed open until 2pm. She was belligerent yelling & swearing at my wife & I. When I expressed that being treated like this made we want to go elsewhere in the future... response was “I don’t care f###king go then. She threatened to call police on us. I paid off loan, collected title, & left. I made contact with regional manager Monday who could seem to care less about his employees behavior telling me that the manager of the business next door had a different account & that he was choosing to believe his employee did nothing wrong. This place is the WORST and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
