Very easy to book. Great communication. Loved that our dog was part of their family and not locked in a kennel for a week!
We know our pup is in the best hands while we travel. We get regular updates and pictures while we are traveling. We will always use Petz Pack for pet-sitting!
I was so nervous to leave my dogs for 8 days. One of my dogs is a little bit of a jerk but these guys know what they are doing and handled it wonderfully. Petz Carlton put me completely at ease. I'm positive my dogs enjoyed my vacation more than I did.
I wouldn't leave my American Eskimo Dog, Jake anywhere else! I've used 5 of their locations so far, and have had wonderful experienced each time. I know he has a great time at "doggie camp", since he gets so excited every time we arrive. I can't say enough good things about Petz Carlton. Mike and Melissa (and all the locations) rock!
So glad this company is in the Madison/ Limestone area. We will never use anyone else. They love your puppy like it belongs to them. No worries when you travel. They are in a home at night, safe and we'll taken care of.
My Lux loves doggy daycare and she doesn't miss us at all while we are away on vacation--no regressing behavior when she gets home��������

Wonderful place to leave your fur baby! Great people with knowledge above and beyond about dogs and their care and comfort! Would not leave my Grandpuppy anywhere else!
