Mowers Plus

I went in to get a part for my lawn mower the personnel were somewhat helpful although they made me feel a little uncomfortable when they asked me for my lawnmower model number and I didn't have that readily available. They made it seem as if I didn't know what I was doing. Needless to say the part I requested they did not have so they gave me a part with a slight variance. I did not bother returning it but with a few modifications I made it work. Just don't expect streamlined quality customer service.
