Verizon Retail Store Lynn

My thanks to store manager Bill and technician Linda. I'd been provided bad advice by Verizon's telephone assister and they not only corrected it but arranged for the assister's inaccurately lower price to be applied to my account. This experience is in stark contrast to my experience with Comcast (they're always right, regardless of the consequence to customers).

Had to move my service to a new location, but encountered a problem: previous tenants didn't cancel their service. Apartment management and Verizon phone support shrugged and couldn't really help me. Verizon retail store on the Lynnway came out to be extremely helpful and listened to my situation well. Disconnected previous users, and made everything work in no time. I really appreciate them listening to my situation so well, and helping me with my order. Top-notch service from in-store workers Lynda and Robyn. Thank you so much!
