San Carlo Fine Caterers

The staff here is VERY RUDE, no manners whatsoever, especially Justina and the older gentleman. Trying to work with them for arranging an event and they hang up on you if they feel they've spent too much time on you already. We tried to order extra food for an event a week in advance and they wouldn't even let us order more food and they said the event was "just a shower" and not worth any extra time on their part to even answer any questions on the phone that we had and they "already spent too much time" on an event that wasn't very important. They make it clear they need no one's business. They have no problem hanging up on paying customers. Yes, we called with questions regarding our event and they HUNG UP on us. If you are considering planning an event here I highly recommend that you go ANYWHERE else. Not to mention that the parking lot hasn't been paved in a hundred years and the decor on the inside is outdated.

We have been using this catering company for years in always a perfect event.
