Fast, excellent and friendly service. I had already had my oil changed and tires done at another store, but was still feeling something was wrong. Sure enough I stopped at BC and in less than 5 minutes they had me in and checked my car. Low tire pressure and they fixed me up free of charge. These gentleman go above and beyond. I'll be coming here for future service!

I agree with the poster about getting scammed. I had the same thing happen to me about my air filter. Not only that they gave me full service and charged me when I didn't even want it. If you want to throw money away come here ,but if you don't go somewhere else. This will be my first and last time coming to this place!

I love this place. When my truck that I owned needed an oil change and the back tail light wasn't working, I had purchased the replacement. I couldn't figure out how to change it, they changed it out for me no charge. Maybe because I am a frequent and loyal customer but it works for me.

Sounds like a competitor trying to make them look bad. I have been a customer of BC Kwik Lube for 4 1/2 years and they have always been the most pleasant and honest people. No one checks an air filter during a state inspection... sounds like your attempt to make them look bad has been uncovered.. nice try but very childish

I went to get an inspection, and I was told that my air filter needed to be replaced. He even had one in his hand that was obviously dirty. I know nothing about cars, so I just went with it, even knowing that this is a common scam. Afterwards I was curious, and googled how to change your air filter and went to my car to check. The air filter in my car does seem new, but it definitely was not the one they showed me. The shape was definitely different. So, please be careful for these small scams. My car is a few years old, and I haven't replaced my air filter ever, even after 50k miles. I'm sure that my air filter was probably in somewhat of a poor condition, but I know they didn't show me my air filter.
