I shipped my daughter some clothes for her baby. I sent them from Tyler texas. I paid $21 to send it priority which it should have been there in three days. After a week went by I tracked the package and it said that it was delivered on that third day at 11:15. My daughter did not get the package plus her mail does not run until 2:30 or so. She did everything ahe could by going to the post office and such to find it but couldn't. Well another week goes by and it shows up. In the mean time we buy the baby new clothes again because after 2 weeks we assumed the package was lost. So we can only figure it was some odd occasion and decide to send the second package to her Also. So we send it and the same thing happens again. She never go it. Tracking shows it delivered on the third day at 11:15. So we just figure it will show up in an other week or two. Well it's been a month now. She never got the package. We have tried calling the post office and get caught up in an automated answering system.

Worst customer service EVER experienced. The laziest group of employees I have ever encountered at any place of business. After arriving twice 15 to 20 minutes before advertising closing time (6:00pm as stated on the federal usps.com and on the glass outside the building) I filed two complaints with the national hotline. Our local post office's solution to this complaint was to place a cheaply printed note on the door of the post office stating closing hours changed to 5:45pm...However not by changing the official hours stated via phone and official federal website. Oddly enough after arriving today at 5:40pm I discovered this new note and was told directly by the employees inside that they were closed. If you have packages you rely on your shipping service to be there and be consistent and reliable for... Go ANYWHERE other than the USPS Lufkin branch offices.
