Casa Ole'

BAD Customer service at the Lufkin Casa Ole. When we asked to change the sauce on a meal my husband wanted to order was told with an attitude that would be .80 extra. When he asked why because all he ask to do was switch one sauce for another one, not add one. The waiter had a don't care, so what attitude. It was not the .80 cost it was the poor customer service the way he said it the action of the server. So he ordered a small bean nachos instead (got a bunch of chips with cheese on them) nothing else. While eating the red sauce my son found what we believe is a hair and we called the Manager she talked to us like we where stupid saying that is just a string from the veggie. They had a child running around in the kitchen area. The MANAGER went to cash me out I told her that I planned on calling the owner and that I was pretty sure the health department would tell her that children should not be in the kitchen area. She laughed at me like I was some kind low life.

I don't think they even deserve one star. The restraunt is dirty. Each time I have gone, I have been sat at a dirty table, and the food has usually been cold to luke warm when it's been brought out. The staff is nothing but a bunch of kids, and could care less if you have everything that you need. They are stingy with their napkins, and service. I doubt very seriously I will be back.

The food it's great & the ppl are amazing
