Sleep Inn

I WAS a Choice Privleges Elite member, and stayed here to use up my free nights. If I was not already frustrated with the Suburban in Clarksville (see my other review) this place would have done it. Elite members are allowed late checkout and they promised me 2pm. Then at noon, some foreigners came banging on my door when I was in the shower (despite the Do not Disturb sign), demanding a credit card or to leave. Turns out the snotty manager had changed her mind on the late check out and they wanted to charge me $119 + tax to stay. The fat front desk manager (who was nice to me earlier when she was preaching god to me while munching on Otis Spunkmeyer cookies) even turned on me and said that things changed and she never allowed me a late checkout. I said that I would be gone in 30 minutes and the manager said it would be best if I leave my credit card at the desk b/c she would have to charge it if I took 31 minutes. While loading up my car, I had to be let in my room twice b/c of the key problems. The 2nd time the housekeepers were already in my room, and my perfume was missing (I consider it a gift- lol) I heard the snotty manager and the fat front desk manager talking about me and I was walking down the hall. And I'm still waiting for a response from Choice Hotels International about this incident, as well as the one in Clarksville, IN. Please beware of the employees here.
