        Overall

        not the place to be or go to rehab or live. I walked in for tour and placed a loved one here. Smells, staff not friendly. I just can not recommend this place at all.

        don't put your loved one here!!!!!!!!!!

        i put a loved one at meadows east. this person became dehydrated, malnurished and severe bedsores. i could go on and on. my loved one died......
