Fort Knox Federal Credit Union

I've been banking here since 1996 and I have never experienced rudeness or any other inappropriate behavior. Now, I could live without some of their policies.

I have been banking here for years, and yes there are a few "not so friendly" tellers there, but for the most part, they are prompt and efficient. The slim black lady, forget her name,(elaine maybe) bad with names,.....but she is always very nice and professional to me, and yes I do try and get her line always..

Asked to take off Sunglasses by teller which was completely inappropriate . There were several women that came in with sunglasses on and were not asked to remove them..!! This place is terrible !!

If I could go somewhere else I most certainly would! Almost every time I have to bank here I deal with rude,smug people. I've been using this service center for years & it never changes. Not to mention the wait time-today I was the ONLY car in the drive thru and I waited over 10 minutes. It wasn't even at lunchtime. The employees here act like its a total imposition to help you. Very unprofessional. I'm definitely going to go somewhere else.

Stephanie is so wonderful to work with! She's awayls quick to respond by email and will design exactly what your looking for until it's JUST what you're looking for! I am a repeat customer! Stephanie's prices can't be beat and her service and work ethic are next to none! Thank you Stephanie for being such an awesome designer!

I go to this credit union service center on a regular basis. I find them very polite, easy to get in and out, great location and they always are glad to help.

Don't get me wrong. It's a great place if you have that sudden urge to witness some rude and unprofessional behavior. I've only been to this service center a handful of times, and they never let me down on their ability to be the rudest bunch of women I've ever dealt with,I would rather drive across state than to go in there. If it wasn't for the 2 ladies that had personalities (by the way one doesn't work there anymore) I would give them no stars.
