They ruined a dress and I let it go because we're all human and accidents happen! But now they charged me $55 for alterations, ruined 3 pairs of NEW pants and are refusing to compensate for the damages, over $300!!!

Here's the joke! They want to give me 1/3 of the value in good faith!!! You have to be kidding!!! What good faith?!!! And I was the one that called them a month ago and called security when they had left their shop door open by accident! This is how they repay me!!!

It's over a month now that they have dragged me across the city from work a numerous amount of times to solve this issue and didn't!!!!

If you're skilled enough to do a job but somehow fail, you should take responsibility for your actions and if you're half-decent you wouldn't let the people who trusted in your services pay the price for your mistakes!

I'm a fashion designer myself and I have never ever let a client suffer if my tailor made a mistake!!!!

Worst service ever! They rob you in broad daylight!
