Great place. Super clean and perfectly maintained. The area is amazing: the church is close to everything and located between two important red line metro stations(Sunset/Vermont towards east and Hollywood/Western towards west).
Normandie Avenue between Sunset and Hollywood is gorgeous with its enchanting art scene, its well kept parkway strips filled with plants and flowers of all kinds, and the beautiful view of the Observatory making a stunning canvas.

This large beautiful church was built in 1996 on a property consisting of 1.21 acres. The living space totals to 16,484 square feet.

The gorgeous and artsy surrounding neighborhood offers great schools which include Los Feliz Science Tech Engineer Math Medicine Magn., Thomas Starr King Middle School Film And Media Magn. and John Marshall Senior High.
The historic section of Normandie Avenue, between Sunset Blvd and Hollywood Blvd, is filled with stunning architectural gems where a large community of artists contribute to the importance of this district.

The overall crime risk for this area is low with only 13 criminal and sex offenders residing within 1 mile.
The natural disaster risk for this section of East Hollywood includes very high earthquake risk, very low tornado risk, and moderate to low flood risk.
