STAY AWAY!!!! They CUT MY DOG'S BELLY and USED KRAZY GLUE TO SEAL THE CUT!!!! we tried to support local business but this "groomer" is ridiculous. we were using their services for a few months and were never fully satisfied but really wanted to try to give them a chance...should've known better given the shoddy work they do. it was always something w/ EVERY session, they would forget to trim his nails, miss the length we asked for; they left 2 collars in the cage and he ended up chewing them both up (we thought we had damaged them until we decided to ask) we had to wait a few times for them to open although they posted an 8AM date. always something! but the last straw came when we realized that our dog had a severe GASH in his BELLY! it looked like he had a piece of meat hanging and there was dried blood. we didn't notice the gash until the next day and immediately walked him back to the shop. it took a good 20 mins for this circus to even find out what had happened. the girl at the front desk could never really communicate well w/ the groomers. the groomers laughed and said that they cut our dog..WTF!? but there was no way it was just a "nick" as the store pointed out so we had to keep pressing. we saw a tube of KRAZY GLUE and asked in horror if that was used on the dog... the front desk girl had to yell at the groomer in order for her to admit that she used it! yup, that's right... they CUT MY DOG'S BELLY and USED KRAZY GLUE TO SEAL THE CUT!!!! and they continued to say it was "just a nick".. does "just a nick" require any sort of sealant, let alone krazy glue!!!?? they were definitely NOT RESPONSIVE to emails after the incident but insisted for us to "call and talk".. they said they would refund any expenses that resulted from treatment but never did that nor did they even refund us for that visit!

Having a Malteese I have been to many groomers who just never got it right, that is until I tried Muttropolitan. I can only say this is by far the best groomer I have ever been to and the sweetest. She really cares and loves the dogs. Easy to talk to and a friendly atmosphere. As long as I live downtown I will never use anyone else. Thanks for the great job! Keep up the good work.......and don't close!
