Delicious food that's worth the wait

Just realized I haven't been to Elf Cafe in about a year, which is a shame, because it may be the best vegetarian food I've every eaten (and after 10+ years being veggie I've had a lot). The staff are very friendly and the service is great - they have often brought us little extras from the kitchen just because...

The reason it's not 5 stars is that the place is way too small, which means a long wait for a table and, if it's full, sometimes a long wait for food. So, don't show up hungry. You will be by the time you get anything to eat.

I have just read that they now take reservations, so will be trying that when I go there for my birthday.

Delicious ... I hope :)

Haven't eaten here in a while, but last time I did, it was awesome. And the time before that and the time before that. Great middle-eastern-y vegan/vegetarian food. Wonderful mac & cheese to reward the undeserving & unadventurous. (Tip: Do not come for the elbow room.)
