Friedmans Appliance

I have dealt with Friedman's Appliances for years, using John as my salesman. I am an Interior Designer and buy the appliances directly for my customers. Without fail, Friedman's has been (due to John's expertise) a totally professional environment that has on time delivery and attention to the details that I specify for each unit. On the other side of the coin, stay away from the design department, and especially Monica who was previously with the failed Expo Design Center - what a joke.

This company did not provide the some of the appliances we ordered in a timely manner. They miss ordered a microwave and took a very long time to replace it which required us to keep calling and checking with them. A panel was damaged on one appliance and it took a very long time and several calls to finally get it replaced. Everyone was nice but I rate them as pretty weak on follow thru.

Had microwave repaired by their technician. Supposedly a 30 day warranty. There was a screw missing in the side of the cover. Numerous calls to technician were not answered. The microwave was not ready when promised and I received no call. This resulted in 2 seperate trips to the store.
