Overall experience with this company has been excellent. The

staff is extremely professional. Great company, appreciate everything

they did to help out with my house.

Cant complain. They have been fast with everything. When out furnace broke over the winter, they sent someone out right away. And then the owner replaced it within days. Customer service is good.

I have had a pleasant experience during all types of interactions with Catalyst, from maintenance requests, to paperwork, to seasonal inspections over the last 2 years living in my current space. The office staff is always prompt and courteous and the maintenance staff is also prompt and always quick and respectful while doing anything inside of my home.

Very good experience. If we ever had a problem, they would help and we were always able to talk to someone.

Repairs are taken care of quickly and the repairmen are always knowledgeable and kind. Other than that, the staff is always helpful and kind.
