Lying thieves! Shortly after moving to town, I recieved a coupon for a free oil change. I took them up on their offer and they tried to scam me. After waiting around for about 20-25 minutes they came back and told me that my oil drain plug was stripped. There was nothing that they could do for me that day, but if I came back on Monday they could get me a new plug. It would cost me $10 for the plug plus labor. They said if they could get this plug out , they definately would not be able to get the same one back in. I left upset over the situation, but it is what it is, right? WRONG! I brought my car into the dealer, figured they would have the plugs on hand and would know how to fix the problem. Quite interesting how the dealer had no issue what so ever with my drain plug. I left with the same one I came in with.



Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scam artists.
