Different Strokes

I came in to make a return on a saturday, to be told to come back on a monday when the manager would be there, so that was annoying. Well, my child wore the item but it didn't work out because I guess we didn't know how to fit since we are new to swim. I know items can't be worn, but in a small business I expected some resolution. The manager apparently didn't want to come out at first but when she did she was so rude, not even friendly at all! Anyhow, I don't ever want to give this business more of my money and that's a shame.
