I wish I could give these clowns a 0 . I banked with them since I was a child .when I got older I got a credit card with them and came back from Iraq got out of the service and didn't have much money. I'll admit I made some bad choices and got some negative marks. But this was in 2006. After we cleared up the negative marks the account was closed ... so I thought . Turns out they reopened it and the yearly fee hit and I never know about it till I checked my credit report 2 years later. Guess what a serious delinquent account on there. And instead of trying to help me with it they acted like I was a badguy/villain and told me how wrong I was. I disputed it and they still said I was wrong. These people are crooks and to even be affiliated with the Catholic Church is a joke these people are far from a model Christian. This place disgusts me and I would rather keep my money in a sock drawer than trust these people with it.
