I bought leather sofa with American living furniture and it came with lots of cut,so we called the store manager he said he'll send new sofa but after two week they are telling it is not owr fault it is factory fault so we'll repai that sofa instead of giving new.when we bought that time did not say all about this they said some thing happened with the product call us within 24 hour we'll Chang that furniture and now they are saying, they are not going to change.i am so disappointed with this kind of service from American living furniture,it is kind of mental harassment for me I paid what ever they wanted for product and now what we are getting toured one and now they are saying they are not going to help.I do not have any thing in my hand so going to take help with consumer court because their sells person are saying what ever you can do,do it,what kind of service we are getting from them for this we paid that much money. I am highly disagree and disappointed with this store.

I was so happy because I bought an elegant sofa, bed set, & dinner table for a good price compared to other places. Some of my friends gave me tons of compliments about my new furniture & was in awe when I told them the price. My husband and my son really liked them too. I was satisfied to see they delivered the furniture on time. I was glad to know they helped me place my furniture, without scratching the walls or damaging anything! The customer services gave me no problems. I will be back there soon.

I have bought two couch sets, a bedroom set, a dining room table and a kitchen table from Prestige and there was a reason I kept coming back. I always got excellent customer service and I got what I paid for. The quality is great and the look of the furniture is very elegant. The tow couch sets I have are so comfortable that it's hard not to fall asleep on them. Prestige furniture offers quality goods

I bought my furniture 3 years ago from Prestige and went back 2 weeks ago with my parents for them to buy furniture for their new house. We like their furniture a lot. Their prices are the best especially with the no sales taxes offer they are having now. Also they are punctual in their delivery dates, they delivered on the same day they said they will and it was 3 weeks only after we placed an order for 4 different rooms. Our experience with them was a pleasant one!

Very helpful and great customer service. My Aunt didn't make a decision yet, but definitely an option might be the one so far they have the best customer servcie .

I am a return customer to Prestige Furniture and they have a large selection of furniture to choose from. I just bought a new dresser from them.

We were greeted right away, Sales person (Tim) gave us space but at the same time made sure we could find him for questions. We wanted to see a coffee table next to a leather section we wanted and it was clear across their warehouse. I offered to help Tim carrier it over and he had no issues. We both lugged this coffee table next the coach. That's great service...

They were able to hold my furniture for over 2 months before we moved into our new place with a deposit. We paid the remainder at a later date and they delivered it on the day we wanted to them to deliver. They gave us a 2 hour window and they showed up at the 1 hour mark. Two really nice gentlemen came in and assembled my dining room table, sectional couch and coffee table! They were done and out before their 2 hour window. EXTREMELY Happy with Prestige, sales, delivery and set up! We will buy our bed room set from them as well. =)

Beautiful furniture and reasonably priced. Delivery was quick. We are pretty satisfied with the pieces we purchased (a sofa, reclining chair and a leather ottoman). The quality is excellent and we will probably return in the future if we needed more furniture.

This place has decent furniture at decent prices. The sales associates are very helpful. Almost every week, they have a special where they will pay the sales tax on your purchase (with restrictions of course). We bought a microfiber couch here, which is super comfy and durable. They told us it would take about 8-10 weeks to come in, however, it came in about 3! Great place to buy furniture. If they don't have it in the store, they can order it.

Their furniture is all great quality. I halve now furniture that I bought from them 8 years ago and more recently. It had held up well and through two moves. Their pricing is competitive for nice furniture and when buying a lot they will work with you, or did in the past.

We made a deal Saturday night and purchased a long table with a butter fly leaf, 4 chairs and a bench that is covered in real wood veneer. A Bonded leather sectional with two recliners and a nice chest style coffee table and only paid $2,525, tax, delivery and set up included! So far the furniture is holding up great! Nothing but compliments from fam and friends and everything feels nice and sturdy.

I really like what they offer here. The products are great and my first day browsing was awesome. The second day I went I had decided on something to buy and the sales gal was attentive and knowledgeable. The final day I came here the sales person was rude and very disengaged. This made me mad. Good furniture though. I bought my daughter's dresser here.

Me and my spouse were looking for a new dining set and sofa set, and we got a good deal here. Our helper was a nice fella, but his supervisor was rather nasty. Like always we managed to compromise and got everything for a fairly good price.

Have to say that I am very pleased with my selection, the atmosphere and customer service. I received my sofa, love seat, coffee table and end table a little after two weeks delivered in great condition. I couldn't ask for more as they far exceeded my expectations. Delivery guys were helpful they helped move my old sofa out and hauled it away for a great price. I am a happy client and looking to return to furnish my formal dinning room.

Spent months looking for a nice living room set from one store to another store. There was a particular sofa and love seat that I once cross while visiting family in Southern Cali but never saw it again. I regretted so bad that I did not buy it "it was like love at first site" I couldn't get it off my mind nor would I settle for something else. Upon entering Prestige Furniture, great show room I must say the atmosphere was very welcoming. I was greeted by a nice young lady, as I begin to browse the HUGE SHOWROOM I was astonished by their selection. On top of that their GREAT PRICES its unbelievable the various living and dinning selections they offered. After walking thru the whole showroom I did not see my living room set but a young lady by the name of "TIFFANY" was very helpful. I describe the style of the sofa, color and material. She knew exactly what I wanted and was able to pull a picture from the catalogs. OH MY I was ecstatic, I couldn't help but immediately gasp for the catalog and question for the price immediately. She offered me a great price out the door including delivery to TRACY CA. Even the local furniture store couldn't offer that price for a living room set along with delivery.

I have recently been in search of a sectional. I had exactly what I wanted in mind, which is why I kept putting of the search process. My daughter convinced me to just go out shopping and "see" what they had...to my suprise the EXACT sectional I had been wanting was right there on the showroom floor!! :) It was even on sale! The price was right, the customer service was great, Im familiar with the quality (so I know it will last years) 2 weeks later, I am happy and cozy on my new sofa!!

I had purchased a sofa and love seat combo and also a dining room table from Prestige when they first opened. The main attraction was the amazingly low prices, we werent really expecting the furniture to be of great quality and last through years of entertaining company, 3 kids and a dog. However, it has maintained durability.
