Makayla did such an awesome job on my airbrush tan! This was my first time at Indulgences but will not be my last! I seriously look like I just got home from a wonderful, Florida vacation! I recommend everyone go see Makayla!

Great people. They all work so hard to make sure I'm happy! I had a specific look in my mind as to what my lashes were going to look like. Seriously- they stayed open late just for me to absolutely love my eyelash extensions. They wouldn't let me leave until I was completely satisfied. They've gained a customer for life.

Awesome place to go. Great staff! I highly recommend Cynthia and Chris. I'm an implant to Little Rock from NY, so obviously I was skeptical of "upscale" spas that resemble the ones I used to visit back home. This place reminds me, very much, of New York. Makes me home sick, lol.

Love me some Cynthia! :) She is the only person I'll let wax me..EVER! lol- She really does a fantastic job.

I have gone to Indulgences for the past year. It's the ONLY place I'll go. Not only do they welcome me by my first name, every time I walk in, but the quality of work they do is great! They are human and mess up. One time they did mess up in booking my appointment ( I came in only to find that my appointment was booked a different day)- but they quickly resolved the issue, apologized profusely, and took care of me!

I just finished my second tattoo removal session and it's literally, about gone ( so excited about this!) The staff was very polite and genuine. When I told them that I was a little nervous about getting the treatment done, they comforted me, offered me a drink and did everything they could to make me feel more comfortable. They have officially won my business.

Shady business practices and poor customer service. I have had more than one bad encounter with this business and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had 2 bad experiences with this place. 1 st one was for a hair appointment . I reached there to be told the previous customer was not done yet so they had to cancel mine! After much thought n I decided to give then another shot ( after a year of previous fiasco) and booked a facial which was a prepaid discounted offer. Apparently this is a non refundable offer which I was not told about when I booked the appointment or mentioned in the appointment confirmation e-mail sent to me. I cancelled it 5 days in advance ( their email mentioned I could cancel it 24 hrs prior to appointment ) and was not told anything about it being non refundable again! When I called them after noticing no refund on my cc account I was told " it should have been mentioned", was refused a refund, am still waiting to hear back from them after their manager or whoever I spoke to said they would get back to me 2 days ago!! Most aweful experience ... I have never written a review for a salon/ spa service but this place is a scam.. "Indulge" at your own risk!

I have gotten and still receive two different services from Indulges for about a year now. I have has 3/6 laser sessions (and yes i see the results and no the treatment does not hurt) and come in at the most 5 mins early and wait no long than 5 minutes EVER. I also get lashes and never ever pre-set my appointments. I always call and they ALWAYS answer the phone. All call in appointments are scheduled within the next week. The only problem I had was when they said my "membership" for my lashes was experied and they were going to up charge me to continue. I talked to them on the phone and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. And no I was not up charged. The workers are all wonderful and everyone who has done work on me have been great. The front workers have never been rude, unprofessional nor have I heard them complain or yell or anything else these negative reviews say.

If you want really great eyelashes extensions go to Ashley. She does great work.

I had 6 treatments of laser hair removal and I didn't really see a difference. I'd say not worth the money!

Amber not only did an AWESOME job on my my hair but she also made sure she did what was BEST for the "health" of my hair! She was amazing and so professional yet made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience! I will DEFINITELY be back!

Kimberli did a great job. She really paid attention to what I said I needed done in my eyebrow wax. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

Pleasant,with no pain which I have experienced other places in the past. the attendant was personal and enjoyable. I bought my daughter a gift voucher to use as I know whe will enjoy it also
