This company is very poorly run, no one returns calls, no one fixes anything properly, they basically collect their checks and don't care about anyone. We had roaches, and mice and had to call 311 for anyone to come by. We also have a massive mold area over the tub, they paint over when it starts leaking. Stay clear of this company.



Only positive thing is Guillermo, the gentleman that keeps the buildings exterior and halls spotless.

They are awful and refuse to make repairs. I've rented from five people in NYC. They are the WORST. Can get over how bad of an experience I had with these people. Bottom line: Rent from them at your own risk.
