The owner's wife tried to physically fight me because I would not accept the way her husband was disrespectfully talking to me (because he's grieving).

These guys are awesome. They came to my house before I left for work and hooked me up w/ a brand new windshield that was an OEM part (made by the same manufacturer that the car company uses) for over $200 LESS than the BMW dealer was offering! Ryan and Cody were both totally professional and pleasant. If you're in the Atlanta area and you need glass for your car, i would def recommend Universal Auto Glass ? They rock!

They are super Fantastic! Great prices, great quality of service! Last month they installed a new windshield in my Mercedes on the same day I called for $200.00 LESS than the other guys and it was less than 45 minute wait time. Last week they did a new windshield on my brothers 2013 Dodge Charger and the service & prices were soooooo good we both had are windows tinted too :)

We love these guys!!! On Wednesday we are getting an Alarm Remote Start and Tinted Windows for our Mom car too :)

Very unhappy with their service. I would not recommend it to anyone. First they broke my old windshield as they took it out. They cleaned up but left some glass in there. I found a broken piece when it went into my finger. Also they did not seal the windshield properly and I could hear wind. They were NOT helpfull in trying to work around my schedule to get it fixed. Very poor customer service. I will definitely not use them for business again.

I am so upset right now with this company, I can't even put it in words! I had an appointment at 9 am, which was delayed until 10:30 (their mistake). At 10:45 am there was still no one here at my house. When I called to complain the 2nd time, the manager got an attitude with me and "he" canceled my appointment. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, even if their prices are cheaper. Pay the extra money and deal with honest, caring people!!!!

They staff was very very nice. and the two men that put in my winshield, did really good work. and they didnt mess up my car like the last people who put in my windshield the first time it broke. thanks very much.
