Poor customer service and high price for dry cigars

I have been customer for some years now when I just went in I must say customer services is terrible. I was reprimanded for saying "water bong" instead of saying "water pipe" and when I politely suggested to putting a notice that states specific names, I was told rudely that his customers knows the difference. I didn't appreciate the hospitality and I will be taking my business elsewhere. You should adopt the motto " customer always right.

Hey I just left this tobaco house I don't recommend this place at all the man tried charging me $.5.00 for one coil. That about 5x what the regular cost is.He obviously show I was in rush and tried taking advantage. I am feeling pretty disrespected.

Extremely rude guy and high price.

Sold me a defective product and no return or exchange policy they steal my money.

On February 8 2018 I bought a bundle of cigar from this store and when I get to my work and open the bundle of this cigar that was totally dry and I called to the store multiple times but someone was keeping hangup on me. What kind of customer service is this.

Expensive shop with limited selection and overpriced cigars and cigarettes.

Today December 29 I called to the store around 3.0 PM one lady answer the phone and I was going to ask something about the products she just hung up the phone without listen to me, what kind of service is it.

Drove 10 miles over here because I called ahead he told me they have a product that they didn't have, wasted my time for nothing.

Doesn't answer the phone call I tried multiple times may be I will stop by to see if they have what I need.

I dont understand why don't you are answering phone call I am tired to make a phone call on your store but no one giving me any response to my call. I have lot of complains about your products and service. Please pick my call thanks
