Dustin is a shareholder in the firm. He specializes in civil defense litigation in state and federal courts, with a particular emphasis on the defense of health care providers, including hospitals and physicians, in medical malpractice claims. Dustin also defends employment and premises liability claims throughout the State of Kansas. He has extensive experience in counseling and defending employers on topics ranging from claims of sexual harassment, to ADA and FMLA. Dustin also represents electrical cooperatives in labor negotiations with unions.

Real Estate Litigation
Aaron’s practice primarily focuses on creditors’ rights and banking law, real estate law, and commercial transactions and litigation. He represents financial institutions and other creditors in all aspects of loan enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Aaron represents and counsels a number of individuals and businesses with respect to various commercial transactions and disputes, entity formations, and real estate matters.

In addition to serving insurance clients and their insureds, we also provide direct representation to individuals, manufacturers, distributors, and many nationally recognized companies. Estate Planning

Wills
The first step is to create the trust document which provides instructions for the trustee concerning how the assets should be managed and distributed. This document looks similar to a last will and testament but contains additional provisions concerning the management of property during the grantor’s life and the ultimate distribution of assets over time. The trust document would answer the questions of what, to whom, how, and when the assets should be distributed.

Bankruptcy
Attorneys in our Banking, Creditors’ Rights, and Bankruptcy group competently advise and aggressively represent financial institutions to enforce their rights and avoid legal problems.
