Dollar Rent A Car

this is THE WORST experience i had EVER had trying to rent a car!! the manager Caroline Karifi was not helpful at all and was very rude to us when we went to pick up our car that we had ALREADY paid for. She refused to rent to me because my credit card and drivers license had different last names (one is my married, one is my maiden) and she offered nooooo solutions and didnt even care that we were then stuck there car-less with 2 babies! The manager could have and should have rented to me. all she needed to do was get a cash deposit from me instead of putting a hold on my credit card. but instead of offering a solution she was ignorant, rude, short and acted like i was a burden to her day. I have not been able to get my $1300 back that i had paid for this car and i will never rent from DOLLAR again and I will make it my mission to let everyone know how rude and unprofessional they are!
