TruGreen Lawn Care

Our grass looks nice and green and thick. Bobby Quinn was out on 3/1/2016. We had a few dandelions but I think this is because of the neighbors on each side of us have a yard full of them that have gone to seed. We have dug all of them up in our yard. So, for the first treatment, all seems good.

this was my first year with Trugreen,tree and lawn. the workers who showed up to my house were respectful and most of the time didnt even know they had been there and gone. my lawn and trees and shrubs look great. price point was ok.

The service scheduling is excellent. We are contacted in advance and the technician always comes when he says he is going to be here. We appreciate the professionalism of the representative and truly enjoy our beautiful lawn, We receive so many compliments from neighbors and friends and always recommend TRUGREEN to everyone. Wonderful job.

Over the past 5 years Trugreen has taken great care of our lawn. Trudy, Always let's us know when they are coming. We seldom meet the lawn specialist but when we do they are friendly and professional. We are owners of our own business and really value your service.

After multiple years of service form TruGreen, my lawn is worry free. No concern at all about weeds, trees, or shrubs and the neighbors ask how I keep the lawn looking perfect. Highly professional, always on time as promised, with helpful tips on watering. Worth Every Penny!

I was not present, so cannot speak of the friendliness or professionalism, but previously the specialist was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. This time I could see some of the weeds in the yard showing signs, good signs of extinction. That was one of my desires in contacting your service. How can I know his knowledge of my lawn's needs? Does he mix the chemicals or just apply them? Does he have a choice based on his observation? I know not! As far as value, I think everything today costs more than it should, but it is in line with similar services. The final decision on value will be, do I have more grass than weeds at the end of the season. Do you actually want me to rate my review or the specialist's work. I take it that you want the review rated, so that is a 5 star, based on honesty.

Most beautiful lawn on the street!!! OK so some of the landscaping is nicer but I do have a nice, full green lawn free from weeds. Its almost like magic with auto pay. My treatments are scheduled in advance and my technician performs his duties when its time. My payment it automatic deducted from my account. It couldn't be easier to have that beautiful lawn you always wanted. Home run!!!

My lawn looks lovely, we are very happy at this point. Frank has taken over, and I couldn't be more pleased with him. It was tough losing Dustin after probably 8-10 yrs caring for our lawn, but I believe Frank will do just as well. He is pretty knowledgeable, helpful, pays attention now to details on the account which was a problem with others, always shows up when scheduled, and is nice to work with. Again, as said before, one major area for True Green to improve on is to be sure to keep the SAME technician on a persons lawn year after year. It takes a good couple seasons to learn a customer property and problems, and a major set back and problem if its not the same person. As long as Frank stays treating our property we will be happy. Prices are ok, but wouldn't want to pay anymore so please try to stop the increases. We take excellent care of our property and appreciate all the TruGreen and Frank have done.

This year’s lawn treatment has been very good so far. My lawn is looking very good and with the extra rainfall we have been getting, it has never looked better. Thanks much for also covering just about every foot of my property.

We really like the reliability of knowing when the specialist will arrive...especially getting the phone call the day before. Everyone who has worked on our yard has been very friendly and professional. We are also happy with the results of your work and I think the price (especially by paying in advance) is very reasonable. Next year I will mention that we are seniors and I think we may get an additional discount. ??? We recommended you to our son-in-law, and he has started using you this year also.

I am told what day to expect the lawn person but not the time and I have no problem with that, as I know I am not the only person on the list for that day. I have never had them not show up on the proper day. The last person who tended to the lawn was very professional and had very good people skills. My grass is green so I would say he did what he was scheduled to do. The neighbors pass by and always compliment me on the lawn. I do think I am getting my money's worth or I would not be using your service. I'll close by saying you're doing well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You

I've used Leisure Lawn / Truegreen for about 18 years. I continue to be a very satisfied and happy customer. I do the majority of our home exterior maintenance and yard work myself, while my hubby does the indoor stuff. So, I truly value not having to worry about a fertilizing schedule, or having to buy the heavy bags of treatment, or owning a granular spreader, etc. All of my lawn techs have been great. They always take the time to answer my questions or address a concern. They help me keep my yard looking great! I get the feeling that Trugreen must be a good company to work for --- Everyone I have dealt with over the years has been consistently helpful, friendly, and professional.
