Went to loosen wheel nuts. Took a pry bar to loosen all five lugs nuts. My lock key tore the key pattern right off the security lug nut. Special key lug needs to get replace. Sales person had the gall to tell me to drive to BMW to get a new key. 7hrs later..my lower back is hurt. Lucky I was home and not along highway with flat. How stupid can a mechanic be to use an impact gun and not a torque wrench.
