One Rude Salesman!

I had a horrible experience thanks to Mark Roberts. After waiting days to hear if I had been approved for a bank loan, I drove over after specifically telling Mark to have ALL of the paperwork ready. I still ended up wasting an hour because NOTHING was ready. I was then told that they couldn't approve me because they dropped the price by a couple hundred dollars and they needed to get approval from the bank again. Since when does the bank need to re-approve a loan for less money? I left. After two phone calls, I decided to come back since I got a great interest rate. I once again tell him to have everything ready, but he only has 3 pieces of paper ready and he tells me that now we have to wait for someone else to print out the important paperwork that should have been printed already. My mother was upset and they had an argument in the middle of the showroom and Mark called her a "mean person" and told her that I didn't have to buy the car. I don't know how this guy still has a job. Either his boss doesn't know how horrible of a salesman he is or he doesn't care. Congratulations Phillips Toyota! You just lost the future business of a 23 year old. Good job Mark (can you sense the sarcasm?)!

Just bought a Corolla here from Jonathon Harrica, after visiting a local Melbourne dealer & laughing at their tactics! Jonathon gave me a price that beat TruCar, Carwoo, and 6 other dealers in Brevard, Orlando, and Tampa. He gave this price on my FIRST request! Smooth and painless transaction, he even had the car delivered to Merritt Island by to nice older gentleman who had me sign highlighted paper work. Save your time and money, ask Jonathon for a price, you wont be disappointed!

We met Chris Roberts in your Kissimmee location and drove all the way to clermont store to meet with him. He every bit of a professional. He is a no nonsense guy and wants to please the customer. He will do everything he can to make his customer feel welcome to his establishment. I trust him and know I can get the best price. The only thing that was a deal breaker was the front plate on the car. Even though Chris suggested a solution I just didnt like the thought of the holes for a front plate. Here in Fl. you dont need a front plate. Chris is a true diplomat to your company and you can rest assure when he is there your dealership is very well taken care of. I wrote a beautiful letter but as of yet chris has no knowledge of it. That makes me sad!! I will tell everyone I know what a positiuve experience you can have with Chris and this dealership. Your the best!!!!!!

I took in my 09 Dodge Ram for warranty work and to get my spark plugs changed. Rick took great care of me and got the job done right, quickly and for a great price. I dropped my vehicle off at 1:00 and had it back by 5:00. Thanks to Rick and everyone in the service dept.

I am a repeat customer at this Dealership for routine service to all my vehicle. They always keep a history of past service so I know when it is time for tire rotation and how many oil changes are prepaid and overall service. Tom Russo has helped me personally several times, he is respectful, courteous and a true professional. He takes the time to review my vehicle check up and explain details or answer all questions. The location is great, the service is excellent, waiting area is comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend Napleton Chrysler Clermont,Fl to anyone who is looking for great auto service. Terrible Experience

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! They were deceitful and misleading. They tried to get us to sign a form which should have reflected the final sales price and amount we were financing without the form being completed. Only when I insisted it be complete did it reflect us getting over $5000 less for our trade than initially agreed upon. When it became apparent to us what they were trying to do, they had no logical explanation. I can only assume that they were hoping we would not ask too many questions or thoroughly read what we were signing. Not to mention their interest rate of 6.5% with what is considered an excellent A rating credit score (over 780).Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Orlando to buy your Toyota.

Phillips Toyota the real deal!After falling for a few to good to be true sale prices. Phillips was the only Central Florida dealer that didn't change there offer when I was ready to buy. I also turned in my lease car without a problem. Great deal. Buy with confidence.

The real deal! Before my purchase of a new Toyota Sienna I fell for a few to good to be true add prices. Phillips was the only central Florida dealer that didn't change there offer and found the van I wanted not the one they wanted to sell me. I turned in my lease without any problems.

When my lease ended on my 2002 Toyota Camry, Phillips Toyota charged me for nonexistant excessive wear and tear. My vehicle was in excellent condition. When I contacted them to turn in my vehicle and schedule my inspection, they told me to just drop it off any time. When I did, they led me to believe everything was fine and only had me me sign the odometer paperwork. Weeks later, I received an invoice for the excessive wear and tear. Be careful! do not purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership! If you do turn in your vehicle at the end of your lease, make sure to insist on being present for any inspection, so that they cannot lie about the condition of your vehicle.
