Smart Box

Although the staff was very apologetic, it did not make up for the repeated problems. I had scheduled people to help move furniture on Saturday, my scheduled delivery, the box was never delivered we got it Monday when all my help went back to work. I asked it be put in the road in the middle of the home to not block the mailbox, it was placed 3 feet to the left of mailbox. While out of town I was contacted the unit would be picked up Monday, it wasn't empty yet and I wasn't returning til Sunday pm so I asked for a Tuesday pick-up, I was denied. Rushed to find people to empty box and you guessed it, they did not pick up the box until Tuesday. Again the staff was pleasant, but the experience was not.
