Arden Pointe Apartment

DO NOT move here!!! This place is terrible! We haven't even lived here 2 months and have had sooo many problems already! The neighborhood kids/teenagers are rude as hell and hangout in the stairwell smoking weed (which we can smell throughout our whole apartment and isn't a good thing at all for my 1 year old and 1 month old to be breathing in) and being a loud all night long, they have woke my 1 year old up multiple times and asking them to quite down does not seem to be effective at all. Our cold water in the kitchen has not worked since we moved in and we have called maintenance multiple times about it, we're always told the same thing but they never do anything to fix it. 1 week after our daughter was born our AC went out and we called 10 times in one day because it got up to 102 in our apartment and still they done nothing. The next day we called 3 times between 9 and 12 and they kept saying they would send someone out, finally after another day of it being 100-102 in our apartment they sent someone out around 10pm and all he did was change the filter which done nothing to fix the problem. The AC was not fixed until 3 days after it stopped working despite all of our attempts to get them to. People are running the neighborhood all night being loud, fighting etc. There are never any parking spots here after 3 so if you arrive after that good luck parking anywhere near your apartment building. We can not wait to move out of here, don't let the model apartment and low price lure you in like it did us you will regret it without a doubt!
