I bought a 74 inch sofa from King Hickory. When it arrived it was barely 71 inches and looked like a love seat. Tammy in customer care and our sales person MaryRose worked with us and the company for three weeks and finally ordered a 78 inch sofa to replace the original. It arrived today and is perfect and just as I suspected not 78 inches, but 76 . It fits and we are happy. When we first complained the company said the sofa is hand made they can vary in size up to two inches. This is something the customer should be told when they make a purchase, not after delivery. Thanks to Tammy and MaryRose we had a very happy ending.

We waited 4 months to receive our furniture that was suppose to arrive in 4-6 weeks. The entire wait we never received a call explaining the wait. I received a letter that read 'we will call you when the furniture arrives'. I understand things gat delayed especially when having to be shipped from across the county but let your costumers know. Give them indication that their business does matter and not that you took their money and forgot about them. Very poor customer service by all. The customer service department was no help at all. Their only response was 'we can't say. You need to speak with your sales rep.' Terrible service. I highly recommend you shop somewhere else.
