Sedona Ridge

I have lived her here for three months now and I would NEVER recommend this complex to anyone. In fact, we plan on breaking our lease. When we first viewed the community it seemed pretty and the units were updated, so we figured for a year it was a fine place to stay. Within a weekend there were problems. First off there is continuously police activity in this place, one night where there was actually six helicopters flying over the complex and a paddy wagon that hauled some resident out. Second our first weekend there was a rainstorm and the living room ceiling was leaking. It took them a month to move us into a different unit so that they could fix the mold that was growing due to the rain leaking. They have since moved a new family into that unit and never did fix it. I know, I was watching for them to do the repairs. The new unit they moved us into has crackheads living above us. They frequently brawl in the middle of the night, and we have had several scary individuals knock on our door late at night. Thanksgiving Day was made extra special by a weed peddler coming to our deck to offer as he called it, "something to make your holiday extra fun." We have bugs. In all of my life I have never seen a roach in real life and we have them. The place in infested. It is disgusting. i have spent over $200 in Raid trying to exterminate them. They have recently raised the utilities on us. For a small family we are paying over $80 a month. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
