The owner/manager of this company is the most unprofessional business person I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service I have ever received. In fact, I did not receive service at all. I bought a Group Buy coupon on Fox 5, scheduled an appointment (before I bought the coupon) and they never showed. They claim they showed up and there was someone in my unit and therefore could not clean. I called and left messages with them numerous times the night and morning before my appointment to let them know I needed to reschedule. I did not receive one phone call back. When I complained on their website, whoever is in charge of their "contact us" called me a liar and has not offered to reschedule my appointment. Even if they did offer I would not want to give them the satisfaction of my business. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
