        Worst case of poor quality people poor training unprofessional attitudes live close to this store and go frequently every time I go I ask my self why? They always forget items you pay for and argue and fight about giving you what you already paid for. Managers and all front of the house people should be have New training or let go. I've been in customer service for for 25 years as mgmt I would start a job fair and replace all. Horrible place all staff sitting in lobby soicalzing why your waiting in line 15min or more . Do your self a favor drive any where but here.

        I'e seen a few of you think other McDonald's are the slowest in Lansing, I'm sorry, you're incorrect. Without a doubt, THE WORST McDonald's in the Lansing area is N. Larch! The WORST customer service, the SLOWEST order taking, food delivery. People move as if they were in slow motion, no one cares how many people are waiting or how fresh the food is. If I could, I'd give this store, the staff and the management a -(minus) 5 star rating. Shame on you.
