Capitol Auto Sales

Bought a 2003 Jeep Liberty Renegade to fix up in June 2016. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful, and stayed late to help me out. The vehicle drove well when I tested it, and passed a quick inspection by me. I agreed to buy it as-is. It drove well for a month, but the transfer case went out abruptly, leaving the vehicle inoperable except in reverse. Capitol Auto offered to work on it for me, but I opted to replace it with a salvage yard unit. During this operation, I realized the vehicle had no front drive shaft in it. I added a salvage one (in December, it went bad. I bought a remanufactured one). Three months later I replaced the whole rear axle, and now I'm working on the front passenger CV joint.
I expected a bit of a project vehicle when I bought the Jeep, although things broke down quicker than I'd hoped. Vehicle was at 169,000 miles at purchase. I'm now just past 171,000. It got me and my dad back into the woods up north all hunting season, and overall I love it.
