Horrible customer service. The one good installer they had quit on them I think his name was Robert and the garbage one they call Mike literally almost killed a man doing an alarm install. Somehow the guys steering column pin got removed so instead of fixing it Donna the owner charged him to troubleshoot and then sent him to tge dealership where he had to pay to get it fixed. Sheisty business

Yesterday I sent my buddy to Unitek to install his navigation/radio in his Buick LEsabre and his blower motor stopped working after they installed it. So, he went back up there and they "called mechanic" up there and he said it was the resistor and module. Went got both pieces and it still didn't work. He went back up there and she claimed that they weren't responsible. If she wasn't responsible, why would she "call a mechanic" out??? So, today she refused to fix what they broke and let it be known that her brother is a police. I thought they were a good shop because they put my speakers and amp in but that was easy work because my car was already wired by someone else. Please don't do business here because they will destroy something and not fix it. No one cares that your brother is a police officer. You are going to be in court soon.

Just got done at another visit to unitek today, custom box with 2 Memphis mojos. These guys are top of the line and have been in business for over 35 years!

These guys are actually know what there talking about, and the good thing is they remember almost all of there customers and know exactly what kind of car your working with without evening haveing to ask questions, also there prices are reasonable and HONEST!

These guys are good people., the two dudes in there are really smart and know there stuff, the lady in there is kinda mean but it all depends on how u feel around certain people, with these guys some of there stuff is expensive but its really good quality, ive made so many purchases from these guys its a real good shop to go too. and there showroom is really nice, they even got a car INSIDE the building for u to check out and whatnot.
