WellMed at Pleasant Run

This place is wonderful! It has improved significantly in the last few years. The managers are the owners so they really care about customer service. We love it here and have no plans to leave!

Horrible customer service. Manager is a snitch.

They sucker you in with the nice floor plans and then its hell after you move in.

Drugs are sold in my unit and everyone smokes crack. My family member is constantly sick because the neighbors are making their crack and it comes through the walls. We are constantly blowing out her apartment with fans. Manager snitches when you complain to her so that sets you up for retailiation. I can't wait until the lease is over. This place sucks. Lancaster police don't even drive around this place like next door. They will move anybody in because it's all about the money.

I've been living here since December 2012 and have no complaints. Like my apartment. Maintenance is good, staff has been kind and responsive, and the area is quiet.

DO NOT RENT HERE. 2012 AND IT IS STILL A HELL HOLE, ARM PIT OF LANCASTER. THEY ARE RENTING TO ANY & EVERYONE. PARKING LOTS ARE TRASH DUMPS. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. LEASING CONSULTANT IS A JOKE. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Be ready for all the bad thing you can think of to happen. Repair take 2 or 3 month to fix. Both mangers have bad attitude. Apartment never ready for anyone move in date. Parking lot need repairing for the last 6 years. I feel these experience has caused me a lot of stress and I am ready to move. I pray that this apartment get it together. When you get old, your body tired and moving get harder. Thank you .
