Avoid it at all costs! Unfortunately the office I used in Colorado Springs closed and everything moved to this office in Lakewood. I have been trying for over 2 months to get an update on my re-consideration package. I've left several message with the receptionist for Mr. Price only to never receive a call back. I called again today, Oct 12, 2011 and was told by the receptionists that they are a very busy office and sometimes do not return phone calls. Well then! I told her, not my problem as you are a customer service facility. She told me she would pass on my message, have a nice day, goodbye! Yep, she hung up on me! Very rude! If I could give it only a quarter of a star, I would!!!
