WORST BRANCH!! Visited several branches and this one is always the least friendly and the least busy.



The manager always looks like she's up to no good in the corner, like she's doing busy work, and never says hi until you do and always has this goofy look on her face. Customers are never treated as valuable. The one individual in sales never has a word to say and seems afraid to acknowledge the customer. The whole experience is uncomfortable and entirely awkward. And it doesn't help that there's NEVER any customers in there. *****The only 2 individuals who excel are Nancy and the security personnel (5 stars for them)*****. Together, those 2 individuals probably account for 95% of customer retention and they should be commended or promoted. There's no doubt those 2 have to work harder to offset the horrible customer service from the GM, sales or people like Carole who have no place whatsoever in customer service and always give you an attitude.



It's no WONDER there's never any customers in there, and the place is like a ghosttown; poor retention I would think because they're in a BUSY shopping center with thousands of customers coming in and out to the grocery store, Subway, etc etc. But you never see those customers in the only bank there! Maybe there's a bank inside the grocery store? Or maybe it's just poor retention. Either way customers have a choice and they're obviously choosing to go somewhere else.



Oh yeah, and if the right individual's not there, good luck withdrawing your money when you NEED it unless you've made special arrangements days in advance. They seem to think your money is their money.



Lesson #1: Customer is King.



Lesson #2: Until significant changes are made at this branch, I would avoid it altogether in favor of others or other institutions where you'll be treated as the valued customer you are and where you have access on the day YOU choose (not the day they choose) to your money.
