        could not get them to answer phone to check my balance for 3 days on all 888 m 407 and smart line number and would not take my member number online or respond email just to check my balance. and would not answer branch number called lost debit card number trying to get a live person he says he couldnt help told me to google branch number !! Called again next day to lost debit card dept to get live person he told me to drive to an atm machine to get balance ! really?? I live 20 miles from an atm machine. Lost 2 hours of mobile minutes, Lost a customer. will make sure chairman of board will know. smd
