Worst customer service period, I called everyday for 5 days and no one ever called me about when they would be coming. I'm still waiting. USE ANYONE ELSE!!

I received an outrageously inflated bill, almost three times market rate for the work, including charges for materials not bought and labor costs with no relation to work done. I would never use this company again.

Good to deal with call on a non-emergency on Sunday return my call next day early and when I return their call they were at me house in 45 min with a new hot water heater. And they work fast.

Great people! Very friendly and informative. I called because I had a water heater issue and the the owner helped me try to fix it myself over the phone first. Very impressive. When this failed, he sent Sammy over to take care of the problem just as promised. Highly recommend.
