A: GFI are special outlet plugs used in kitchens and bathrooms or any area where there is a water source within usually 10 foot of an outlet. They are designed to pop an internal breaker at a much lower voltage (saves lives) than the circuit breaker in you circuit box. The GFI breaker may pop while using household appliances. Just look at the plug outlet and if it is a GFI there will be a RED reset button: if it appears to be popped out push it back in to reset. If that didnâ€™t work, then check the circuit breaker in your circuit breaker box to see if the breaker that sends power to that outlet needs reset. If that didnâ€™t work, restore the power to the outlet you my need to call your home warranty company

My wife and I purchased a Park Square Home from Anabel in the Waterset community. We are still in the construction phase, currently getting ready for drywall installation. Weâ€™ve had a great experience with Park Square Homes thus far and I trust it will continue! Anabel has been prompt in answering all of our questions and listening to our worries throughout the entire project. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. It was very important to us that our agent be available for all of our questions. We had previously purchased a home from a competitor builder in Orlando that gave us a very negative experience in terms of build quality and communication. Anabel was able to alleviate our worries and concerns over these issues by being available to answer our questions promptly and thoroughly. Also, Park Square Homes has allowed us to meet with the construction manager multiple times and to raise any concern we may have during the process. The quality of the build has been great! Iâ€™m impressed with the build process, as well as the actual construction of the home. Iâ€™m very thankful we chose Park Square Homes for our builder. The homes they offer are extremely affordable but also quality built. I would definitely recommend this builder to anyone in the market for a home!
Framing
A: Small cracks and separations are typically signs of slight settlement of the framing and construction materials; this is normal. This should be considered a normal homeowner maintenance task. Not maintaining your home can and will lead to further damage. See page 122 (REV-02/08) of the Park Square Homes Warranty manual.
