Clearwire US Kirkland

I had a person from Clear Wireless (door-to-door) come to my house to set-up the Clear account. I was offered $50 for all of the 3 clear services (Phone,Internet and on-the-go mobile internet). I agreed to the services for $50 a month. The "Clear Salesman" took all my information and set-up the account and all the services were running fine. After 3 days into the service the phone stopped working and the on-the-go internet stopped working. I called the clear customer service support and they were extremely rude and had no knowledge of the problem. At the end of the month when I start recieving the bills from clear they were over $100 a month. When I tried cancelling the service they said I had to pay them cancellation fee of $180 for the service that doesnt work. When I asked to see the service agreement that I signed they turned me down and became rude. They dont have the service agreement because I didnt sign anything. I have filed a police report and filled out paper work with the Federal Trade Commission and have joined to file a class action law suit against this FRAUD COMPANY.
