Beijing O'Chef

I ordered sautéed Spinach with fresh garlic, the spinach is not washed at all, a mouthful of sand at the 1st bite. I complained to the waiter then changed with another plate: dry cooked string beans with hot chili. We were shocked by the changed dish. The dish should be called zanthoxyli and chili instead of string beans with chili. It was a plate full of zanthoxyli and chili! It is a traditional Chinese entree that every Chinese knows the string beans should come with chili and soy bean paste. The zanthoxyli the chef added is a very strong taste spice that makes your lips feel numb. This is the worst experience I ever had with any Chinese restaurant.
