        Overall

        This place barely deserves one star. I have never had an experience there that was commendable. (And i have been 3 times to try to give the benefit of the doubt) My friends have tried the location as well....all with dismal results. The food is either incorrect, cold, or completely missing! The sad part is this is a beautiful new location and it should be BOOMING with business and be exceeding expectations for locals. I think they hired extremely young, inexperienced staff, at least I personally have always seen barely pubescent kids working, who are probably more concerned with Facebook and the like than to concern themselves with anyone else or the needs of the customer. I just avoid this place....period. I will drive the extra miles to Eastman Rd. location where I am always happy and taken care of. I will advise YOU and ANYONE else to do the same. It would take nothing short of a miracle to change my mind about this place!
