We paid a very hefty sum for a dwarf weeping willow, for them to plant it, and it died after a year and a half. They told us that April was rainy and it caused mold to kill the grafted top. If they told us it was that delicate, we would have saved our money and never purchased it. They won't even remove it, but will give us a discount on a new purchase. Slim chance that will every happen. I will put a sign on the dead plant letting our neighbors know we purchased it from the Atrium so they know their quality and service. Disgusted and wishing I could have rated it less than 1 star!
They sold me plants full of bugs!! Then would not back up the products.
The custmer service and satisfaction is non-existant. There are too many other garden centers to buy from rather than spend your hard earned money here!!
Just look how pretty it looks from the rte 12 on the way to another garden center because they do not offer any customer service at all!
Filed a complaint with BBB today!!!
Buyer Beware-don't waste your time with Atrium!!!!!!!!!!
