Needed a replacement Xenon headlight, so Lonnie and Max found the part quickly, so we were on our way quickly.

Wow, what great service. If you EVER have car trouble in Key West, this is the place to go. They are honest, and stand behind their work. We had an issue with our Subaru the day before we were to leave Key West and Joe said he could take care of us. They diagnosed the problem correctly and made the appropriate repairs. Unfortunately, the mechanic was in somewhat of a hurry and neglected to get a couple of spark plugs wires securely attached to a couple of plugs which were also loose.



We took off the next day and half way to Ocala, the car started running rough again. We went to Ocala Subaru and they found the loose plugs and wire. They charged us $123 to fix it. I sent a letter to Joe explaining what happened and asked to be reimbursed for the $123. Joe not only covered the Subaru bill, but added extra and told us to have dinner on him. Just amazing customer service. Don't even consider going anywhere else in Key West!!!!!!

Maintenance for a mercedes can be costly & some mechanics cannot work on them at all. 2 days ago my alternator died. Joe Clark sent a tow truck, replaced my alternator & battery, and went further by checking my oil to make sure a prior problem was fixed correctly & checking for a coolant leak because my light was on. It would have been very easy for them to take advantage of me, & when ppl see mercedes they often believe you can & will pay a lot more. Joe & his team made me feel like they were looking out for me and genuinely wanted my car to be fixed. Now that Ive found such a great team who knows how to work on my car, I expect a long and mutually beneficial relationship. Not only was my car fixed but they did not charge additional labor for checking to see if prior bad oil caused damage or for trying to find a nonexistent coolant leak. Better yet, my car was ready to go within 24 hrs. I could go on and on... basically i not only recommend this company, but i think u are wasting ur time if you continue looking. Thanks Joe ! You'll be seeing a lot of me from now on.

We live in Suffolk, VA and was visited Key West on vacation. Our 2007 Saturn broke down and we needed help. The folks at Affordable Auto were totally helpful and didn't take advantage of us because we were out of towners. We trusted them and they repaired our car and it runs as good as new. While visiting Key West, for athe holiday weekend my 2001 GMC pickup died. While sitting at the IHOP on the thursday befor the holliday I began calling around. The dealer said it would be a week, every other shop in town would not even tak to me about it. Luckily I called Affordable , and spoke with "Joe". He had my truck towed right to his shop, and his son "Joe" looked at it right away. They gave me a price and fixed it that same day. Thanks to Joe and Joe, my trip to Key West was a great trip.
